- Exercise, I’ve been far to unwell the past few years, I want to lose weight back to where I was, and during the year so I’m ready for the 2012/2013 cricket season. I love my cricket and I want to get back to playing. This includes either exercising at home, pilates to strengthen my back, and eat better.
- Watch more F1, I like my car racing. I’d like to watch it more and keep up with it.
- More gaming, it’s hard with the whole exercise thing, but if I find a balance I’ll be able to do this too.
- Off my P-Plates, I’ve been on them for far too long. I’ve either had the time, or no money to get them. Or vice versa. Time to finish off the whole license thing.

I’ve only known Nelli for 3 years of her 15, but in that time I’d become very attached to her. Along with the other poodle Daff (Daphne). With Nellie having Cushings disease, which is essentially a tumour she’d been battling it for the last 5 years. Side affects of Cushings is that she is continually thirsty and hungry even though she’s just had dinner. But because of this, she would always kick up a fuss for more food. Stamp her foot and huff and puff, bark until she got something then she’d go quiet… for a while. It was always amusing to watch.

As she got older it was almost like she had doggy alzheimers. She’s spend most of her time walking into things because she couldn’t see, and on the odd occasion would have a “flashback” to when she was a puppy and start running around, playing with toys and trying to pull sheets off the bed. I always found it hilarious that because her being blind meant that she would also walk into Memphis, my German Shepherd x Shar Pei. Who wouldn’t move if you tossed a hand grenade next to him. So she’d continually bump into him and if she found it to hard, attempt to walk over him. Of which he’s bigger than her when lying down and she’s standing up.

Anyway, it had gotten to much for her little body. Her internal organs were swelling and pushing her lungs into her ribs, causing great discomfort for her and her breathing. So the decision was made this morning to put her down. It was for the best.

You will be severley missed Nellie. RIP, and eat all the liver treats you can get your hands on up there.

I’m also packing to move house at the moment, I pick up the keys tomorrow after work. Moving into a smaller place, the intention was to save some money but it doesn’t seem like I’ll be doing much of that but maintaining the place and living there will be easier.

The added bonus of starting a new job is the annual leave payout I’ll get, it should clear some debt off that I’ve been chipping away at slowly over the past year.

I’ve also removed the portfolio portion of this site, I’ve registered a new domain name which is where it will move too. I won’t be telling the domain name yet until I’ve got the site going and how I like it!

It’s a bit sad when my favourite day of the week is payday. But considering I’m on fortnighly pay it can’t be that bad. Most of mine disappeared with Christmas presents and bills, and I’d like to spend just a little bit on something I want this time!

Big W have the Pioneer Dreambook 7″ for $188 at the moment, running Google Android OS. So I’d like to play with it and have some kind of simple web browsing device when I’m in the lounge room instead of a laptop that requires a 2 minute start up process. I’d also like to take advantage of the post Christmas sales for some clothes!

Also, I want to purchase a domain name, and at $11 a year. Why not! I’m hoping to push my freelance work again, it’s always a bit on and off with me. But I need a bit more work!
